What technology project(s) have you worked on that you are most proud of?: 

I am excited that the ONCORE tool is available as it enhances our ability to document trial milestones compliantly when used properly. ONCORE is a successful tool that is underutilized although UCSF started use in 2015 and I've introduced the benefits of use to our department. We will continue to train research staff for continued success with managing trials.

How has technology helped you achieve a goal within your role or department?: 

The ONCORE Clinical Trial Management System is helping to bridge clinical trial organization in our department. ONCORE will be instrumental in improving patient activity milestones and invoicing.

What’s your favorite aspect of your role at UCSF and why?: 

My favorite aspect of my role is my indirect contribution to improving healthcare through research administrative management.

What’s one ‘fun fact’ about you that not many people know?: 

A fun fact is that I really enjoy karaoke!

What do you like to do when you’re not at work?: 

I enjoy spending time with family and creating memories.

If you could learn anything, what would that be?: 

Better use of AI in business management.
