All trainings, projects and assignments promoting the importance of metrics and dashboards.
How has technology helped you achieve a goal within your role or department?:
Technology has made trainings more efficient and effective and resulted in higher compliancy rates, especially on the university's mandatory eight trainings.
What’s your favorite aspect of your role at UCSF and why?:
My favorite part of my job is being an Engagement Specialist working on all aspects of Engagement to positively impact employee development, morale, culture, DEI, camaraderie, and retention.
What’s one ‘fun fact’ about you that not many people know?:
I love riding a horse on the beach with my dog.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?:
Travel and spend time with my BFFs.
If you could learn anything, what would that be?:
Hard to choose but languages and finances.
