What technology project(s) have you worked on that you are most proud of?:
In UCSF, I led a team of developers, to develop a Data Warehouse from conception to fruition, integrating data from multiple research information systems to deliver actionable dashboards. We also developed document templates and documentation for DW development and metadata which is being adopted as the standard by the Data Governance team.
How has technology helped you achieve a goal within your role or department?:
Knowledge of programming languages for querying, extracting, manipulating and transforming data and software applications used for data analysis has helped me in my role.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?:
I enjoy gardening and have been increasing and tending my collection of flowering and vegetable plants.
If you could learn anything, what would that be?:
I would love to be able to play the piano.
